We recommend booking at least 3 to 6 months in advance, especially for weekend events during peak wedding seasons (September to March). However, do reach out to check last-minute availability as we occasionally have openings.
To lock in your date, we require a signed digital agreement and a 30% non-refundable booking deposit. The remaining 70% balance is due 10 days prior to your scheduled event date.
Travel is free within city limits. For events outside this boundary, travel charges are calculated based on round-trip distance, tolls, and overnight lodging if the event finishes late. We'll provide a transparent quote upfront.
We require a flat 10ft x 10ft space with at least 8ft overhead clearance. We also need access to a dedicated, stable 3-pin power outlet (220-240V) within 15 feet of the booth setup. If outdoors, the booth must be completely sheltered from rain, wind, and direct sunlight.
Our high-speed sublimation printers take about 15 seconds to output a dry, matte-finish vintage newspaper page. The entire process—from stepping into the booth to holding the physical newspaper—takes less than a minute, ensuring lines move extremely fast!
Absolutely! For our Premium and Luxury packages, you can customize the main banner headline, sub-articles, date, location, and photos. You can share your custom content (like how you met, your company's mission statement, or special brand hashtags) and our design team will construct your layout.
We accept bank transfers, UPI payments, and all major Credit/Debit cards. Cash is only accepted for the initial deposit by prior arrangement.
